Camera Fuji Fine PixS1000fd
1/800 sec
No Flash
Uplaoded via the ServImg Server
resized to 640 for web sites (thought the 800 was a bit big)
Copy buttons dont work ( as stated) but a single click in the URL field to highlight, then Ctrl C then Ctrl V into the text box does.

Uploaded as a trial but interested to hear comments

Well done with uploading via the forum server... Not too difficult once you've tried it. Image size of 640 or 800 should be Ok, remembering some folk now have wide screens so smaller image detail may be lost. It's a bit of a play off between that and peoples internet connection speed.

Anyway, nice shot with simple, strong shapes, rich saturated colour and good sharpness. If I had one comment it would be, it's a pity the apex of the roof is somewhat lost amongst the branches. A slight change of position would have framed it better against the sky... Picky picky, I know, but worth a mention in a critique.

Also like the fact that you've added some 'exif' info for us to see (thats stuff like shutter speed, aperture etc folks). We'll cover how to get this info at a future meeting, and/or on the 'tips' forum. In the meantime, if you know how to get this data, the important stuff to add is... ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture & Focal Length... That will tell everyone, once they know (and again, we'll do this as a topic at a meeting) how the exposure/depth of field etc was achieved.
