Vera Photo Club...

Folks,

Just thought I'd mention that myself, Richard & John took a trip down to the Vera Photo Club today, their meetings being the first Sunday of the month (apart from this month!), held at Frankie's bar in Vera Playa. We were made very welcome, and it was good to see another club, with admittedly a larger membership than ours, covering pretty much the same agenda, but in different ways, in a relaxed atmosphere.

As well as monthly meetings, they have monthly projects, ocassional field trips, and are in the process of setting up a club studio in Mojacar Commercial Centre. Again, a good mix of professionals, enthusiasts and keen newbies. We left an open invitation for anyone to either join & share our forum, come along to club meetings or join us on any field trips, and they were similarly keen to reciprocate.
