Great shot of your Strelizia! The sharp, vibrant colours really pop out at you, particularly with the defocused background. Did you use a fill in flash?
My only comment would be to rotate the image clockwise slightly, to straighten up the horizontals & verticals in the background.

Ah, hadn't noticed the levels out slightly, I will try and correct.

Didn't use fill in flash- not sure I know what it is anyway, perhaps one to add to the list to cover in our meetings.
